What amount to follow?

Hi, 3rd time ko palang mag GSM.

First 2, di ako ang nag book. Kasama lang ako ng nag book. Basically, 1st time ko to to use the app.

Sa app, ₱106.20 lang ang naka indicate na amount pero sa meter ₱197.50, so I paid ₱200.

Why po hindi match? Is this normal?

Weird. Kung via app ka nag-book dapat kung ano nasa metro plus 20%. Kung pinara lang, kung ano nasa metro.

Best to not use cash. That way you pay what's on the app + 20% booking fee

Dapat kung ano yung nasa app. Hindi reason na "mEteRed T4xi" kasi sila, bakit sa Grab Taxi kung ano yung nasa app iyon ang babayaran/dinededuct?

I asked them the same thing, 200-250 yung fare sa app, 251 sa meter at the end of the trip, pero ang binawas is 301. Ang sinabi ng CS nila is yung booking fee raw yung extra 50 pesos. I'm raising it to LTFRB tomorrow for deceptive practices. Di pwede na iba ang advertised price sa actual na babayarin.

Mas mura pa ang Grab sa pinag gagagawa nila. I might not go back to GSM anymore.

I fully support you.

I'm tired na rin with these diskarte na walang panukli ng mga TNVS. That's why ever since naka card na ako para pickup then pagbaba sa pupuntahan wala nang usap usap. One time sa Move It nagrarant pa yung rider na kesyo hindi raw nila nakukuha agad kapag cashless payment. Pakialam ko, sana di mo inaccept yung booking 🤷.

They will follow what’s higher. Had an instance where there was literally no traffic that made the meter be way less than the one on the app, but still paid the price on the app. I think its because its higher lol
