Had a window recycler living in our neighborhood once, had 4 corgis. All four of them would do this right on his half mile dirt driveway. Speed bump is exactly what we called this pose. If you were alone in the car you'd start up his drive, see the speed bumps and lay on the horn until he or one of his employees came and moved them. They'd refuse to move otherwise. My husband and I would drive up and I'd get out and physically pick each dog up as we came to it and move to the side. No one ever hit one of his dogs with a car, everyone knew him and loved those dogs.

Mine mostly speed bumps across the hallway, or if I dared to use the bathroom alone, across the doorway of the bathroom.

When our Corgi does it, she’s a loaf. When our Keeshond does it, he’s a wooly-bear. :)

When my corgi does this, we call it the Bread Loaf and when she sticks both her back legs out, we call it Potato Sack.

Without seeing the back feet, I'd say loaf or possibly a sploot.
