This post is just to get people to agree with the fact that the Leclerc Serie 21 hull and the T-84U / T-84 (478DU9) hull being uptiered to tier 11 and tier 12 respectively is just rubbish and should not actually happen due to both being balanced hulls in each tier with an uptier either making them bad, worse, or just ruined (T-84 (478DU9)).

I dont think there was anybody even complaining about either hull.

Plus, uptiering the T-84U hull DOES sort of fix the tier 12 has no parts issue, but it just means you remove a tier 11 part, which arguably, tier 11 needs more parts over tier 12, so you're just moving the problem.
