Form Check Testing out the tech disc

Got a new tech disc and thought it was a good chance for a form review. I think I see my back foot too pointed backwards may be hurting my coil. I would really like to increase my spin a bit.
Side note, the tech disc destroyer is super flippy.

Yup the only flippy halo destroyer. For more spin its about grip and wrist snap. If u could add 400 rpm to that, you'd throw well over 500

Great nose down stat at -3.5 degrees. And you can actually see the nose down angle on release by pausing the video. Noice.

The spin is about the wrist. At full reach back you are opening your wrist ( knuckles towards top of forearm). Because of that you’re not able to get your wrist fully curled in, losing you some spin. Gannon did a great video explaining how he cues for more / less spin on his throws.

For more spin you need to keep your elbow a touch higher, open your arm to chest angle from 90-110° to create a deeper pocket, and then start actively decelerating your shoulders coming out of the power pocket.
