Alesis nitro max sounding bad suddenly

my ekit sounded good before but i think after i forgot to turn it off after a power outage it sounds bad now ,the sound is not clear ,volume is low and it sounds low quality, i tried resetting the module but it still sounds bad ,when i connected it to a speaker it sounds the same as before tho what should i do? my headphone is ptron BT does connecting to bfd player has anything to do with this ? bfd player also doesnt work for me it suddenly stops giving the player the drum inputs.

start with the basics.

plug your headphones into the module. (NO bluetooth). Factory reset the module.

Reset module, check in BFD your kit is checked and the sound output is as well

Factory reset has solved our problems a few times.
