Zydus Estradiol Patch Reviews
Pharmacy said this is the only patch they have in stock. Not seeing many reviews on here. Does anyone LOVE this one? I don't seem to feel much of a difference between Sandoz and Mylan but I've never had this one before. Lately I've been getting a mix of those two but this time it's an entirely dif. brand. Grateful to be able to get it at all but odd I'm not seeing much feedback on here.

Kelzy/other pills first weeks symptoms
Day 6 on Kelzy; today I’m feeling weak, with pain that reminds me of period cramps, plus a stabbing sensation in my right ovary—the same one where I had a hemorrhagic cyst last month, though things had settled down before my period. I have this sort of diffuse, all-encompassing pain down there that radiates into my legs. Has anyone else experienced this when first starting hormones—did it eventually go away? These are the first hormones I’ve ever taken; I’m 6 weeks post-endometriosis surgery. I used to get pain on the right side before the surgery, too, because I had extensive adhesions there (which were removed). I was hoping the hormones would bring some relief, but perhaps it just needs more time. Still, how am I supposed to get any work done today? 🤷♀️🤦🏼♀️

Did you transition from the patch to low-dose birth control?

Feeling defeated tonight :(
Im 38, ive been suffering from Anhedonia, PMDD and ADHD for a couple of years probably. Realized the PMDD part this year.Im around week 6 of HRT and not sure if its working, Im loosing too much hair. But im also tapering SSRIs because they make me feel flat. Im hoping to stay on HRT and ADHD med (Ritalin) - I was hoping this was what would "fix" me, specially my brain.
My HRT dose is 100mg oral P, .025 E patch and around .30 ml of 1% T gel topically from a 1ml oral syringe. My Gyno got me started and said to see him in three months, I feel lucky since he even listened and put me on HRT. Im 38 but my mother had her last period at 46 and my aunt at 43. My brain stopped working at 35-36 I even quit my job and have been on a rollercoaster of SSRIs.
Not sure what to do, I was really hoping for HRT to help!
Should I ask my DR for blood work, and dose increase and T injections before December appointment - 3 month mark?

Meno gynecologist in Central Florida
Looking for a pro HRT Menopause specialist gynecologist in Central Florida.
Hello! I’m 54. Post menopausal for two years. I’m on the highest dose of Divigel 1.25. Started breakthrough bleeding after 1 1/2 years. I know what caused it- I added an extra estrogen around 6 PM because the gel tends to wear off. So I’ve increased my progesterone, bleeding is starting to diminish. But I want to get my uterine lining measured, and I also want to explore IUD for my progesterone. I want to go to an GYN that specializes in menopause that’s not going to cut me off at 60 or cut me off because I gained 20 pounds in menopause. Any recommendations?

Terrified to start estrogen patch after bad experience with injections
So I trialed estrogen injections about a year ago and it was a horrible experience. Major highs and lows. Looking back I don’t know why the dr I was seeing decided on injections to start. My current dr thought that was insane. However, I’ve now been prescribed patches and I’m really scared to start. I don’t react well to dramatic swings in hormones, and I’ve been reading some horror stories regarding the various brands. I currently have dotti but some of the things I’ve read make me feel like this brand may be bad? Does anyone have any input on that or other brands?

Has anyone had issues with returning GSM while transitioning form patch/gel to Estradiol Cyp injections?
For background 62 was previously maintaining good levels with .1mg2x weekly patch and .50 gel packet with 8mg compounded test cream and 200mg of progesterone. Recently transitioned to injectable T cyp and E cyp at 2mg per week. Test cyp 10mg per week split. Most recent serum l levels were total T 135 free T 7 shbg really low can’t remember number. estradiol 165. Was feeling good. Good orgasms/libido. History of severe vaginal and clitoral atrophy which end cleared with HRT. Since the switch to injections after four weeks I am bleeding/spotting which indicates my estrogen is dropping and my clitoral and vagina tissues are losing fullness and sensation slowly as I stopped my patches and gels. Libido down orgasms difficult. I am not sure where to go from here.
Has anyone had a return of atrophy when starting injections? Anyone know even why this would happen? HRT simulator shows Tha my current 2mg of estradiol cyp should be adequate to maintain the levels I like. Same with test. Last test cyp injection I literally got no boost from at all. Like I don’t get what is happening or shy I was doing so much better on transdermal delivery. Maybe I just need to give this more time to build in my system?

Progesterone intolerance
I started progesterone in cream 50 mg for 10 days. Since the very first date I cried for circumstances I used to manage well in the past. Each day was worst, but then, anxiety entered the room. ANXIETY. I chew a lot of T-shirts necklines these days, all the day. But what made me really worried about the P was the body pain. Each day was getting worst and it even felt like weakness at some point. Like if my body disconnected. I talked to my Dr and he said begin estrogen, give it time it will compensate. Two days later, with P and estrogen I decided to write again and told him I really have a progesterone intolerance ( I found information everywhere taking about the crying, the myalgia) and he agreed to stop the medication but now he’s asking for a psychiatric evaluation 🤡. Isn’t he the menopause specialist? I don’t know what to think. I cried. Women have to prove what they say to their doctors. Their symptoms. Now I don’t think he is that specialized if he doesn’t know about progesterone intolerance in woman.

TRT
My MD prescribes P and E but won't prescribe T so I source Cypionate 200 taking 6 mg every 10 days injectable. My bloods are high for the lab and my MDs comfort, 124 but in the fitness world some say it's ok? What kind of MD would help me or what company in the US please? My MD prescribed compounding which is once a day gel and I prefer not to go that route. I have no side effect other than some occasional acne and my hair is thinning but so didn't moms post meno. I am 65 and fit and get my protein and strength train. Ty All...

Blood tests 🩸- when best to test?
I’d like to take blood test results to my doc for my 1st HRT follow up since starting (it will be at 8-10 weeks). What day of my cycle would be the best day to get bloods done? (I am in peri and understand that blood tests are a snapshot in time that aren’t that helpful, but I’d like to get some insight anyway)
