Stuck on "Downloading data" since the update

When the update launched I had 1 major disconnection issue where it cut me off of the game and wasn't letting me back on.

Since then I've been able to play but I have been noticing I sometimes get stuck on the "Downloading data" blank screen going from the title screen to my characters and it takes more than 1 try to get on to get on with some characters.

Am I the only person this happens to? It is only at the title screen this happens at. Once my character logs in everything is fine and it has only been happening since this latest update.

I made a post a few days ago about it. Are you on Verizon FiOS? If so, there appears to be an issue with the servers communicating with Verizon, from SE's end; there are multiple threads on the official forums from players reporting the same issue, with one person even having spoken with Verizon and being told there were no issues or outages being shown on their end. I would recommend making a post there, AND contacting the North American support center and filing a ticket so that you can talk to an actual rep, since the moderator there doesn't seem interested in fostering actual conversation and has locked down all previous threads after posting the same template responses.
