Why is a huge line outside?

We have an empty condo for Sale tenant moved out. Only refrigerator and lights got this months bill $170! for empty 2 bedroom/2 bath 1200 square feet . I called Glendale Electric requesting an audit they just look at their screen on computer said it’s accurate. Anyone else regarding these high rates? TIA

Hello everyone! I’m new to the area and I’d like recommendations on what gyms to join and try. The only amenity I know I really really want is a sauna. Also want classes offered (preferably Pilates and/or kickboxing but it’s fine if they don’t have them, I can use class pass or something). Edit: our infrastructure is much more advanced than ladwp. In addition 20 million a year is transferred from gwp profits to the city general fund for unrestricted use. This is illegal and the gwp should be using these funds not shifting them to general
