Interviews GSK Summer Internship 2026
Completed all the stages up to the online interview at the start of April.
Just wondering what the timeline looks like and if anyone’s heard anything since??

yeah - i applied for data science :( i feel very disrespected honestly, after lying to me for weeks on end saying they’d give me results the next week and me having to put off other opportunities for this… honestly has changed my entire view of gsk as a potential workplace. i hope they realise this mistake and change this behaviour for future cycles

Same, done all videos at the start of April and then emailed them for a timeline, they said that outcomes should be released in mid-late April sooooo I guess just have to wait and see

All they previously told me was that I’m on the shortlist and should hear back next (this) week, when I called last week

just called again - they just said decisions should be out within the next TWO weeks 🫠 the shortlist is with the managers currently so i’m assuming everyone here who wasn’t rejected is on that shortlist

Yes they say they are doing onboarding for successful candidates and some roles are still interviewing

I was given basically a reserve 😕 this was for the marketing one

they said this on the 1st of May: We are currently awaiting final decisions from the hiring managers and will be in touch shortly to confirm application outcomes.

I know right (no shade to them, I’m sure there’s a reason, but it’s undeniable)! I honestly don’t even remember what I applied for. It’s been so long 😭 I think something to do with data…? I’m a maths student so won’t be life sciences related

ye it is a bit ridiculous. I just want to know at this point. They told me by friday latest but I have no faith. they said that last week and the week before.

this “recruiting agency” seems a bit out of their depth... what do they even do? i didn’t have a single in-person or video interview, just some recorded one which will probably be AI-screened. i honestly feel bad for GSK since they probably paid them to select interns and nothing’s gotten done yet. do you have a paper trail of them saying “by friday” then missing the deadline for 2 weeks in a row? could be worth flagging to GSK themselves

ibsfr i’m really disappointed with “SRG talent”, gsk outsourced their hiring process and even then it was still slow and inefficient

I just called them and they said that I am shortlised and if I will be selected, I'll be getting an email about the next step. Not sure about the detail of next step tho..

I phoned today and he said we will be told if we are successful/unsuccessful by end of next week.
I’m not sure if anyone has been rejected yet?

I was told 2 weeks when I phoned today and end of this week when I phoned last week Another commenter called 3 weeks ago and was told “end of this week”

He said emails for rejections and successful applicants will be sent by next Friday, therefore I assume rejected applicants have not yet been notified.
