Mordecai Midas as a Greek crimelord caricature of greed who can turn people into gold and makes Kingpin look like a slumlord.  Bulletproof, 9 feet tall and bioengineered into a gold-morph.

Anton Vanko as the original Crimson Dynamo who shouldn't been killed but revived into a cyborg with dubious cyberterrorist agendas.

R.A.I.D. as the renegade technocrat ballistics branch of A.I.M. ; Radical Agents in Destruction are basically the suicide bombers and jock pay off terrorists who are about profits.

Living Laser/ Arthur Parks as the engineering weaponsmith and superhuman hater turned living plasma, light and super-speed being of intangibility and space warps.

Dark Aegis from Iron Man cartoon 1994; Basically a serial killer/ Venom stylized cyberterrorist lost in space.

Imus Champion off the Avengers roster is basically an 11 foot tall exaggerated version of Tony Stark with a sporthunter insanity against the Avengers and an overachiever Chad attitude.

Ultimo as the giant Adamantium war robot attaché of the Mandarin.
