Yeah, I'll write out a comment and realize I don't care about any responses and delete it. It was just good to get the thoughts out of my system

Then you take the letter and throw it in the trash. It’s like therapy just getting the words on paper. 2 u/ncopp 5h ago I've heard of people recommending doing that with emails.
