“Payment constitutes a binding contract.”

how convenient.

Payment doesn't create a contract here unless the payer thought this was an offer to buy gloves instead of a fraudulent invoice for purchased gloves.

Mistakes to fundamental contract elements, like being intentionally tricked into believing one is providing consideration (money) to a past contract instead of accepting an offer, means no contact is formed.

What if they actually send them the gloves?

Then they'd be stupid for paying those prices $99 for 200 gloves is crazy over priced. You can get a 200-pack of Nitrite 4mil gloves on Amazon for about $15

Yeah, but then I'd have to buy them off of Amazon. These ones are probably sold by a company that bought them off of Amazon.
