8 u/Itchy_Tumbleweed_417 8h ago Yeah I just keep my bread in the fridge. I know people have strong feelings about that, but it lasts longer that way for me. When I’m not eating a lot of bread I actually keep it in the freezer and I just thaw it as needed. 7 u/Bad-Luck-Guy 8h ago My bread goes on my dining room shelf or table or on the washing machine or wherever I happen to set it. 1 u/novian14 7h ago Isn't it easier to mold that way because fridge can be humid? I just put it in the shelf as long as it doesn't get direct sunlight. Then where i live it's usually 15-20°C and not humid so bread lasts 1 u/dragnblak 2h ago Where I live, especially in summer, if my bread isn't in the fridge, it will absolutely go moldy. The cold temperature keeps it at bay 1 u/russki516 2h ago I've never seen one in any kitchen I've ever been inside. Maybe i just don't know the right people.
