But how does the bread look inside? Is it an efficient use of the inside space (of the breadbox)?

I mean, the bottom half of the loaf would be squished by the weight of the top. Dont understand how 6k people think this a good idea

I have always stored my bread standing upright in the pantry and not once has the bottom part been squished.
