Infuriatig Epic Games is going full AI, while they won't even try to help their customers

So I can't log into the epic games mobile app , cool , I go to the support , it's AI , then ai tells me everything that doesn't work and I had to ask it 3 TIMES to let me open a ticket , then I opened the ticket , and they told me to f*ck myself

And also , they have the WORST MOBILE APP EVER I would always spend like 30 minutes signing into thier app , and the app would randomly sign me out after 2-4 weeks

Genuinely the worst and the most frustrating customer experience I ever had

Worst and most frustrating customer experience you've had so far.

As more companies use AI for their alleged customer support, there's gonna be a looooot of frustration.

"Go woke, go broke. " , just need a similar catchphrase for all the idios that think customer support will sustainability going to AI.

Usually if you ask to talk with a human they should give you someone to help you actually

Yeah, it's another part of what makes the epic games environment so horrible. That service is beyond bad though
