Why does nobody go to help him!? There are adults there just watching!?

It’s probably China where this happened. They have some weird laws about helping people. People will get run over/hit by cars and no one will help them. Seen videos where someone gets run over, the person puts it in reverse and goes over them again just for good measure. It’s a strange world out there

China has Good Samaritan laws, you can (and are encouraged to) help people as a bystander.
