I don’t think that’s true. Our rural delivery mailman got busted for cooking up meth in two liter Pepsi bottles in his mail truck. Lost his gov’t pension and job.

Govt ain’t claiming ownership on the meth but maybe on two liter pepsi bottles and definitely the mail truck (even tho it’s “his”, it ain’t really his) that probably got him into the position he was put into…. I’m not a lawyer tho
