I don’t like it either, but not because it’s raw meat. I just find the texture gross. Imagine a mushy, gummy, smeary meat paste. Room temp or cool. Blech. It doesn’t have much flavour on its own, just mildly meaty. The salt and pepper or onions carry the flavour, really.
It’s one of those things that is very very overrated, but iT’s RaW mEaT, so seems hardcore or whatever. Honestly it’s not great unless you like meat and raw onions with the texture of muffin dough.Â

I am German and it's disgusting. I would never eat raw meat. But most of the people I know loving it.
