Hi everyone! Iām just hopping on to ask for some advice for my 7 month old Nebelung Smokie. We adopted him back in March and the shelter told us that he was brought in by himself with no mother or siblings. Over the few months weāve had him, weāve noticed that he loves picking fights with our older cats. Our other 2 cats have no issues with him, itās just that Smokie goes and tries to play with them constantly and they get annoyed by it. Their fights end up being really intense but thereās no fur flying or any visible injuries. He also attacks us when we try to pet or pick him up. We do our best to play with him often and redirect excess energy with toys. Despite this, he still attacks us and our other kitties. I was hoping that heād learn some ācat mannersā by being raised with 2 others but that doesnāt seem to be the case. We have no intention of abandoning him so I guess Iām just here asking for some tips and tricks you guys learned with your fur babies. Thank you!
