Horseshoe beach today

Good morning, does anyone know if Horseshoe beach is accessible today on foot/bike? My dog is keen for a swim but wanted to double check before riding in town. Thanks!

I tried to walk up that way with the dogs and it’s all fenced off at nobbys. The fence at the road to the dog beach is put in a way that you can’t really get past along the water even if on foot
