Help How to stop blurring
So we're the GL1TCH system and for the last 1 or 2 months, we've been blurring and it's kinda annoying to know who's fronting and all that, only like once or twice a week are we able to tell who's fronting or co fronting. We have a theory that it may be a coping mechanism since we haven't explained it to our parents yet but that's just a theory, A PLURAL THEORY! /ref. Anyways if anyone has any tips or tricks or what not on how to stop or at least dial the blurring down a tad bit.

Suggestion 1: Try pulling forward someone who feels close enough and wants to front. Put on music they like, start doing a hobby they like, do something that they would do if they were fronting, think of their voice, their face, their vibes. Help this member feel grounded in the body and in the present. If one member in particular doesn't stick, you could ask if someone else wants to try. So basically rather than trying to identify the blurry mess, you consciously put someone in front.
Suggestion 2: If you're feeling blurry not just in terms of identity but in terms of like everything (reality feels blurry, feelings feel blurry, the room feels blurry, your body or senses feel blurry), you could try grounding exercises. Sometimes it helps to just get up and do something that activates your senses (eat a little something, drink and splash water on your face, stretch, smell something nice). Might not help you identify a clear fronter but can help with dissociative symptoms.
Suggestion 3: Another path is accepting that you're not always going to know, recognize that "we're feeling blurry right now" and continue on about your day. You don't have to know who you are all of the time. Also doesn't help you identify who is fronting, but can help if you're feeling bad because you feel external pressure to identify fronters or track switches in order to conform to some idea of how systems are supposed to work.
