advice on a persecutor gatekeeper??

umm hi. this is a bit of a weird situation and i hope i don't come off as trying to like "fake plurality" or something. as some of you may have seen over the past months...i have been hearing basically nothing from any alter. even our co host stopped fronting which is very uncommon. very very recently i was actually able to talk to our co host again very briefly where i had learned that one of our headmates who originally was just our secret keeper (basically having memories and keeping trauma ones away from me) has now become a gatekeeper persecutor basically trapping everyone else away from front...i am not sure what to do in this situation because this has caused a complete system collapse again and i went from having 13 including me ...to 6 including me. my coworker said we could try to will an alter but i have never tried that before and idk if it would even do anything. im just wondering if anyone has any advice..and im sorry about how fake this sounds :(

"Fighting" any alter never turns out well, including trying to bypass what gatekeepers are doing (even if they are doing harm). So unfortunately you have the burden of the difficult work in trying to talk to your gatekeeper and working with them. To figure out why they feel the need to do this, what fears they have, if they're doing this out of anger, etc. And honestly it's best to have a therapist working with you on these things so the gatekeeper can process any trauma or negative emotions in a safe manner (though the process of getting to a point where any alter may want to talk enough about trauma to a therapist, it can be a very slow path)

I sadly just lost my therapist recently due to them no longer taking my Medicaid... And I never opened up about my plurality much to them because I don't think what I have is 100% tramagenic or even falls under did or osdd. With me being front stuck basically forever I hope I can reach out ;-;
