Working on my poutine game, any tips?
Standard grocery store curds, Franco American beef gravy and Cavindish classic flavourcrisp fries. I usually add chives and black pepper, but I forgot this time.

I agree a bowl is better over a plate so you can have a little gravy pool in the bottom for the last fries. This does look very, very tasty, though!

Cut your own fries rather than using frozen fries. I recommend red potatoes.
Try using a poutine sauce rather than beef gravy.

Interesting I will definitely make sure to try fresh red potatoes next time! Do they crisp up well in the air fryer?

Red potatoes don't get as crispy as russet potatoes, but that's more ideal for poutine fries.

Red potatoes are the worst for fries. Theyre amazing for stew, however.

It's actually the standard for poutine in Quebec.

T'a aucune idée de quoi tu parles. J'ai travaillé dans au moins 12 restaurants au Quebec, pas une seule boîte commandais des patates rouges et tu vis dans un monde parallel si tu crois vraiement a ce que tu dis.

Oh I also seasoned the fries with my homemade seasoning mix, (just a simple mix of onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and a few other spices)

Use a bowl, hide fries with curds, try thickening the sauce. Otherwise, looks perfect.
