On squeaky curds; do they actually audibly squeak? Like an inflated balloon can squeak? Or styrofoam? Or is it.more a mouthfeel thing?

I think that is mostly meant as a tactile description of their external texture — slightly rubbery if I had to describe it. Not like gummy bears exactly, but adjacent in mouthfeel.
