Just placed an order with “essarseventeenshop dot com” of their 2.0 formula…for anyone that’s utilized it, how’d it work for you?

Hey everyone. I just placed a “essar”2.0 order from the above mentioned site. For those of you who have tried this brand, what was your experience like? I used the essarseventeen brand that rhymes with “mama” that begins with a “k” instead of an “m” and it worked really well with symptom prevention. I’m hoping this brand works as well.

Naltrexone with kratom

So I did a fast taper. Long story short, fast tapered down over a few days - had 2 days in a row at just 3g leaf each day. Felt bad but not terrible. Then just yesterday, I did 2x extract and 2x feel free.

Most nights I’ve taken an ULDN dose before bed.

Today to fight my relapse, I started with 1.5mg LDN and now have taken it 3x total for 4.5mg LDN today. I also microdosed some psilocybin.

I don’t feel bad at all.

Is it possible my receptors already healed a bit, and the LDN is just removing the short relapse - but not causing PWD at these doses?

I may continue hitting the LDN 1.5mg’s the rest of the day, then take a small amount of Benzo to ensure solid sleep tonight.

Hi there.

4 years of kratom daily. Not too much though. 2.5-5 grams everyday.

Last weeks my stools are light and sometimes gray and i have ao much liver or gallbladder pain. In my back and right sise and shoulder. And im itchy all around my body. It has sometimes been like that for one day or so but now its constant.

I quit kratom 5 days ago. No withdrawl cause it was low dose. Im not getting better. Im sooo afraid if this is cirrhosis or something bad bad. Im hoping to hear from you guys if there is a connection between gallbladder and kratom use?

Thank you.

I really thought I was in the clear because the withdrawals hit me hard within 24 hours. Granted I've been drugging myself, but last night I tried to go sans drugs and just LAID THERE - for four hours, with my legs restless af. I'm fine during the day, other than being achey, but man, these nights are BRUTAL Ya'll know what I mean.

This is it, Kratom is beneath me

This is going to my realest attempt at actually working off Kratom and believing that it is not good for me. Before when I tried quitting I still believed deep down that it was ok and I can manage it. But time and time again it showed me the negative affects in so many aspects of my life. My sleep, my health, my physical health, my anxiety, my communication, my decisions, my existence in reality we’re all feeling an effect from Kratom. I am a very ambitious person and have went through a lot to get to where I’m at. I believed that Kratom got me to this point in my life because of how much drive and energy it gave me. But looking back I see how it hurt me as well. I’m done sugarcoating things and being overly accepting. I’m putting my foot down and making a stand. Kratom is not good for me and the won’t help me get to the person I want to become. That was another big reason as well, I knew deep down that in order for me to evolve into the man I want to become I’d have to leave Kratom behind. I can’t walk around all day stoned and feeling comfy. I gotta get back in touch with who I am and deal with problems head on and clear headed. I’m not doing it because my family constantly biggie same about it or another outside influence. I knew I’d never do it until I felt in my heart it was time to let it go, and I’ve finally caught up to it. Kratom at the end of the day is like anything, too much of it and it starts to get chaotic. It had its benefits no doubt! But I abused it and now have to pay the price. But we all got to get real with ourselves and ask if we are in control of Kratom or does it control us. I want to be completely free and independent. Kratom is a big hurdle I have to get over in order for me to really feel free (double entendres iykyk😂). I’m starting with no shots and dropping just to caps then after 2 solid weeks of that I will start the descent to nothing. I just got my apartment and am moving in 2 days and I’m not bringing this nasty habit with me. I would take 6-8shots a day and spend hella money. Somehow I’m still in great shape but I can’t keep rolling the dice. Gotta know when to get out. I hope all of you who are battling stay strong and find true happiness. Kratom can’t be the source of our happiness anymore. There’s a whole lot of life waiting for us and inspiration that can drive us normally. I’m ready.

Kratom KILLS my SENSES

A while ago, I watched a short video about Asperger’s syndrome and thought, “Oh, they’re almost like me.” And then, all of a sudden, everything moved so damn fast.

The short version of what I realized today: Kratom was a way for me to express myself freely and experiment with my own brain, which helped me understand my own psychology a little better. Thankfully, I’ve now reached a point where I can say I no longer have any love for drugs. I hate them. Drugs dull my sensitive senses and make me feel less. But I want to feel more. See more, understand more, know more. I simply have to stop, out of love for my own brain and fear of losing my special abilities.

Sometimes it takes a realization before you can truly let go of a drug. First, address the problem that led to using it. Then, address the problems the drugs caused. At least, that’s how I see getting clean.

Im Always Open for discussion, pleas write me😅

Day 6 CT Back to work

After a couple failed quits, this is it. I had five days off of work and got through the worst of it. I had tried to quit the previous week, so even though that failed I still had less kratom in my system then I was used to.

I went from around 40god at worst to around 16-20 for the last few weeks. I did a very fast taper down (few days) and went ct five days ago.

I'm done. I'm free. I have to work a double today and the last thing I want is any kratom. Fuck this evil shit I'm done.

Day 3 success!

I’ve quit many times from kratom seltzers. I was drinking the 75 mg Club 13 ones…I was drinking two and went down to one for a few weeks, then hopped over to the Mitra ones that are 45mg for a few days and then a half one then just stopped. I didn’t really have many symptoms this time besides pouring sweat while working the last few days. I know my usage is small to some but I hope it helps someone that may be scared to quit. I have always had great success with rapid tapering. I have had heavier use in the past and have cold turkeyed…which was traumatic and caused paws for many months. If you’re able to taper, it really does help PAWS. Clonidine, gabapentin, and propranolol are really good for restlessness and that anxious, racing heart that can accompany withdrawal and are fairly easy to get. I usually wait to see how I feel and take only when needed, but it definitely helps to know you have something. I also work as a hairstylist and have to engage closely with people, so I like to keep a little powdered kratom in my purse in case I felt too bad, but I needed up not needing it. Again, little tricks to help the mind while tapering and quitting. The mind is the hardest part once you’ve experienced a terrible withdrawal, but this time I didn’t obsess about it, I just prepared myself and it was the easiest quit yet.

Any advice?

I've been taking kratom for the past 5 years daily. I've been taking 15 grams a day, usually 7.5g in the morning and 7.5g in the evening, all white vein. I've been trying to quit for about a year now, I take capsules so I would decrease by 1 capsule a week.

I luckily was able to get down to 6g a day pretty easily with very minor, almost unnoticeable withdrawal symptoms.. but.. and here's the but. I leave for my honeymoon tomorrow to Japan. Over the past week I've been taking 1 less capsule a day, so that I would be at 0g before I leave for my trip. I'm currently at 1.5grams twice daily, and I feel like absolute crap right now and im dreading this trip. I'm going to be taking magensium with me, and L-Theanine, but that's all i'll have to combat symptoms.

I feel like I have zero energy and could just lay in bed all day, and have horrible restless legs. I know i'm probably in for an adventure on a 12 hour flight, but I want to be done with this shit. For too long i've relied on kratom and I know at the end of this i'll thank myself, but man.. it sucks right now and I can only imagine how it's going to be in the coming days.

Weekends Are Brutal…

So the past 2 weeks I have successfully abstained from K Monday-Friday. Saturday comes around and I feel great. Particularly this Saturday - was super productive and felt a sense of confidence I haven’t felt in a long time. Then bam… the cravings hit. & today it didn’t go away after 2 hours (even while I was at the gym) & I caved.

For context, I’ve taken this crap since 2020, but not continuously. Went about 2 years on 20gpd, few months off (while still numbing in other ways), then back to 30gpd for another 1.5-2 years. Now the past 2 years it’s been on/off depending on the week/month, but I’m not taking nearly as much as I used to. The problem as of late is I take just enough to send my body back into withdrawals after (e.g. 14 gpd for 3-4 days, off for 3-4 days, repeat).

My question: has anyone gone through something similar? Giving it up during the week first then slowly building the drive to abstain during weekends?

I’m proud of myself for not doing it a single weekday the past 2 weeks, but I’m also disappointed in myself because I know exactly how I’m going to feel on Monday… Doesn’t help that my avg sleep during the week is about 4-4.5 hrs & the only time I sleep well is when I dose that night.

Part of me feels like I’m closing in on the finish line, but this last mile feels like a marathon.

30 days no kratom and no subs

I realized I hadn’t posted in awhile, but yes, as the title states, I am 30 days kratom free. I honestly didn’t think this would be possible at first.

I sought the help of an addiction specific practice and have worked with my doc, who is an absolute god-send.

While it’s controversial in this thread, I did use suboxone as a helper med in the early stages of recovery. It’s a very low dose, like .5mg, and I only use it if the cravings become unbearable.

There were hard days of course, the sleeplessness, the boredom, the “blah” feeling. I kept pushing and thinking “one day at a time.”

While 30 days is considered early in the recovery timeline to some, as a previous daily user of that shite green leaf, I never thought that it would be possible.

Keep fighting folks, recovery is possible. I’m rooting for everyone in this thread. We got this y’all 🙏

One year

After nearly 10 years of using kratom off and on(mostly on), sometimes 20–50 grams a day, I finally decided enough was enough.
I wanted to share this because I know there are people out there struggling with the same thing, wondering if they’ll ever feel normal again.
I’m not going to sugarcoat it. Quitting was very hard and I tried multiple times. The physical withdrawals were brutal, but what surprised me most was the mental side. The lack of motivation, the inability to enjoy things, the brain fog, and the feeling that my brain had forgotten how to be happy without a substance.
Unlike what some people tell you, it doesn’t magically disappear after a week or two.
There were plenty of days when I wondered if I’d ever feel like myself again. Progress was painfully slow, and sometimes it felt like I wasn’t making any at all.
But here’s what I’ve learned after a year: Recovery isn’t linear, and just because you don’t feel better today doesn’t mean you’re not getting better.
I’m still working on getting back to 100%, but I’m a hell of a lot better than I was a year ago. More importantly, I’m no longer dependent on something just to get through the day.
If you’re on day 1, day 10, or month 3 and struggling, please don’t give up. I know how hopeless it can feel, especially when you read stories about people bouncing back in a few weeks and wonder what’s wrong with you.
Everyone’s timeline is different. Ten years of dependence doesn’t necessarily undo itself in 30 days.
You don’t have to feel great every day to be making progress. You just have to keep going.
If you’re thinking about quitting but terrified of what’s ahead, I promise you that being free from the constant cycle of dependence is worth fighting for.
A year ago, I just wanted to feel normal without kratom and now, I don’t even think about it.
To anyone still fighting this battle: It gets better. Give yourself time, and don’t give up on yourself.

Got my first vivitol shot yesterday and wishing I did this a long time ago

Off for a bit, but jumping to Vivitol, a shot version of Naltrexone

I keep getting a few months off, then a slip. The time spent sober is longer and longer, and the slips are quick, but I’m done. I’ve found it easy to go through any withdrawals, but I’m want to be free for a long time. I reached out to my doctor and asked for Vivitol, a monthly shot that blocks the opioid receptors, so if you use, you can’t feel it. It also helps with cravings. Tons of people use it for help with alcohol, but that’s not my issue right now.

I got the shot today. It lasts one month, and then I get another. I’m doing it through the place I went to IOP because I continued with the doctors there. So far, I actually feel better than when I took oral naltrexone. Fewer side effects.

Anyway, I thought I’d document a bit of my journey with the shot in case anyone is interested. Happy to answer any questions.

Basically, I’ve struggled with FF and Kanva Focus and Flows for about 3 years, had a seizure from abuse, and still went back. Feeling great sober, but occasionally that fucking voice that says you can just have one rears its head.

I’m a professional and also a typical suburban mom. No one is safe from this bullshit so let’s use all of the tools we can.

I can't wait to sleep normally again. Day 5.

Day 5. Slept about 1 full nights of sleep in the last 5 days. It sucks but still pushing through. I've quit 2 other times and never had any sleep problems until this last time around. Honestly kinda grateful for it because it makes me motivated to not turn back so I don't have to go thru all of this shit again.

That is all.

Good luck everyone.

Today’s the day

Made it through what I had, have to quit now. I have tommorow and Monday off, day 3 is going to land on the day I go back to work in construction but I have no time off so gotta do it. Any suggestions for getting through a physical workday while in withdrawal? I’ve got clonidine and gabapentin covered. 10-15 gpd cold turkey for 8 months for context.
