I was permabanned from a subreddit, then got the ban overturned this year. But I still have the banned message in the sub.

Hi!

I once got permabanned from a specific game subreddit a few years back. I messaged the mods this year and got the ban overturned. They even sent me a screenshot to confirm it.

But for some reason, when I go visit the sub, I still get the message that I am banned whenever I open a post and scroll down to the comments.

What's causing the issue? I've cleared my browser cache, logged in using different browsers, logged out and back in to my account again, but the problem never goes away.

I get a generic error on regular reddit, and an error 500 on old.reddit

I'm the moderator in question, its from r/acecombat it was several years old and unbanned last month, it appears i can't re-ban then unban either. I receive an error.
