Deadline clarification

Hey, do you know if the deadline for the first round is today 23,59 or tomorrow 23,59? Because the fact that on the website they're saying BEFORE October 18 is a bit confusing

No I didn't but the mail which I got clearly says "The deadline to submit your application for the first review round is Sunday 18 October 2026 at 11:59 pm (Paris time)"
