told him to wait at the windpeak inn cause i needed to sneak to do something. I haven’t had the mod for long, so this is the only time i’ve parted ways with him so far. come back to retrieve him and he’s out on the floor. i was like no stinkin way

i forgot that there used to be an orphan in this inn (i adopted him a while ago) and they have a bed under the floor here so you feel bad for the kid sleeping on the stone. i guess Lucien decided he needed a nap while i was out. scared the crap out of me.

I was doing Season Unending, and fast traveled to High Hrothgar rather than making the climb for the tenth time. When I arrived, I see the Blades walking up. But then right behind them is Vignar Gray-Mane. Now I sided with the Empire, so Balgruuf is still Jarl and he showed up to the negotiations. Vignar didn’t have any new dialogue and didn’t actually attend the council.

Is he just programmed to show up regardless of whether he’s taking Whiterun’s seat at the council? Does he do a pilgrimage there of his own accord at other times and this was a coincidence? Or was it some glitch?

In universe I imagine him appearing to try to get in good with Ulfric who then just ignored him.

I got ganked like 20 times by 5 silverhands. Farkas did fuck all the whole time. I don't remember this dungeon being this hard. I'm level 15 and only on expert but damn if every room didn't feel like I was scratching and clawing for my life. Running healing chugging potions and poisoning my hammer just to get obliterated by a two hander pulling a 180 heavy attack. Good gods. 😂

Anyone else get pushed to the limit by this mission?

It recovers magika, and gives extra magika, but it costs cheese wheels, ale, and moon sugar which are all pretty expensive, plus you need a cooking pot to craft it.

I usually make them in all my runs where I use magic, but I’m curious to see what you guys think.

To be specific about good-aligned, I want to make a character that loosely follows Arkay and Mara. (I say loosely because otherwise I would have to play quite passively, instead I'll be trying to play self-defensively, avoiding fights where I can with sneak and calm spells)

im using Jaxonz positioner mod to lock them in place and it has worked flawlessly until now. i've gotten to the point where im creating my treasure room, and i've placed all of my hundreds of gems in an open chest to display them but the game crashes now when i enter my home, unless i set the weather to clear using "fw 81a" before entering. since i dont trust that "fix" to work when i've added several hundred more gems to my chest in the future, and i ofc don't want to risk my hundreds of hour long playthrough of collecting, to go to waste by never being able to enter my home again. does anyone have any ideas on how to create a reliable permanent fix? i cant find any mods that adds static meshes for piles of gems that i can place for example. it doesnt help to make all the gems static using Jaxonz positioner mod either since the light is still being calculated for each and every gem. any ideas would be greatly appriciated.

What are your thoughts on this quest? It was a pretty lengthy quest in my opinion, there was quite a bit of travelling. I enjoyed it for the most part, the ending though.. out of nowhere had me make a choice to Kill Silus or not and it all happened so fast. I ended up killing him to get the Mehrunes’ Razor..

I just discovered the Battle- Born had a farm after more than 300 hours in skyrim I thought this was one of my mods at first 🤦

Ok. So I just became the new owner of Golden Hills. Where am I supposed to find someone to run this thing? I do not want to get a wife, I have one of those IRL. I would be open to adopting a child though.

You read that right. Gissur, the Thalmor agent you find arguing with Rulindil during Diplomatic Immunity in Elenwen's Solar can show up later when you're getting Esbern out of the Ratway if he survives. The way I got this to happen was by using a Calm effect on him. He left the building when this happened and I didn't think much of it. Then, I get to A Cornered Rat, talk to Esbern, and Gissur is assisting the Thalmor Agents! He also had this note about my character I posted here in the images.

Has anyone else seen this before or have I just discovered something new?
