Gear question 2016 Jones Solution Splitboard

Found a 2016 Jones Solution for a low price. Board is in good shape but curious how it stacks up compared to a modern split board. Is the tech super outdated or still a capable board by today’s standards?

Even a 2016 Solution will ride better than most new boards once you figure out its quirks, just make sure the skins are not dried out

I'm sure it'll be fine. I see a lot of older boards out there ripping gnarly shit. Take care of it, keep it tuned up, it'll be fine. If anything, the split hardware could be upgraded but idk if it'll be much different. The solution is basically a split version of the flag ship, and that's been a solid board year after year for well over a decade.
