HI everyone so my partner signed a gym contract 2 months back he's been making excuses instead of just getting up and going to the gym. I want to get back in the gym but lol already owe planet fitnesss thousands.

So I wanted to ask can I just use his tag and go to that gym since he is not going. Is it illegal and what are the chances ??

Hi guys, just want to vent.

My girlfriend got into a car accident in my car yesterday, I’m so thankful that she got out unharmed.

A guy turned into her while she drove through a green light. Luckily the lady driving behind her was a angel and saw everything. Helped her with all the information, keeping her calm, calling me and put herself down as a witnesses for the police report.

But oh my goodness, King Price is absolutely horrible. The car had to be towed and their service is just absolutely awful. They phoned me and informed me that I would have to pay an excess of R4500 because she drove my car. Then they phoned her to say that there will be an additional R4500 because she is under the age of 25.

I guess theres nothing we can do about that R9000 excess and we would have to find a way to pay it. But not once on the call did they express any sympathy about the accident, asking the same questions over and over for a hour trying to catch her in a lie or something.

I’m honestly so furious about the situation, I pay R1600pm for my premium, my girlfriend took my car for the first time in 6 months and all this happened. Now we’re in a situation where our insurance is just slimy, trying to get out of paying for the accident.

Something positive about the situation at least is that the accident happened but the one robot in Pretoria that has a camera that proves that the guy was at fault but just all around a frustrating experience.

Avoid King Price if you can, other insurers have their issues but at least they have some sort of humanity.
