My non-negotiables :
1. A safe, comfortable space for women. I’ve heard enough of creepy gym stories.
2. I am a beginner so gyms which have good personal trainer who focuses on form and builds a proper beginner plan ( A female trainer would be a plus, but not a must)
3. Decent hygiene and clean washrooms/changing rooms
I'm happy to pay more for quality.
