Might seem like a random combo having the sweet potato with guac, but trust me! The spicy, salty, acidity of the guac was beautiful with the sweetness of the potato. I made it intentionally chunky so there would be a nice texture contrast ☺️☺️

Hey do you mind posting your recipe for the Chimichurri?

I can’t seem to find one that I like online and my mom only ever cooked hamburger helper growing up.

Also, your steak is sexy.

Hey! Of course! Fresh coriander (cilantro) shallots and chilli, all very finely chopped. Then lime juice, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, oil and salt and pepper. Add more lime and salt to your taste! xx

And thanks... it certainly tasted sexy hahaha
