Freight Refund before Shipping

I live outside if China and had ordered and paid for multiple items at once, but there was one item I decided that I didn’t want anymore.

It was going to be shipped 3 days after I had set up the order, so I processed a refund 5-6hrs later on the same day I ordered.

On the refund timeline it says that I will receive ¥13 for the product, however ¥14 of sea freight charges is not mentioned. This is my first time getting something refunded on TaoBao so, how do I receive my sea freight refund as it was never shipped out?

The 13 is just the seller's side. The 14 of sea freight was paid to Taobao's shipping service, not the seller, so it was never going to show up on that refund timeline. Since the item never reached the warehouse that freight comes back separately, on the shipping order itself rather than the item refund. Look at the shipping/consolidation order in the app and if nothing has moved in a few days open a chat with Taobao's official customer service (not the seller) with that order number and the refund screenshot. They sort it from that side.
