Shipping Question free shipping to canada
i live in canada and i opened the app today and got this..is this legit and if so is it only temporary?

Look for the Green 'Free Shipping' Tag: Not all stores participate. Only items marked with the dedicated cross-border free shipping badge (跨境包邮) count toward the qualifying threshold (typically ¥199 or ¥299 RMB).
Sea Freight vs Air Restrictions: Free shipping almost always defaults to Consolidated Sea Freight (海运集运). If you order bulky coats or cosmetics, verify that items are eligible and expect 4 to 6 weeks for ocean transit.
Weight & Size Limits: Individual parcels exceeding standard volume or weight caps (usually over 20-30kg) may incur oversize handling surcharges upon arrival at the domestic consolidation hub.

Where is the green tag located. I’m the free shipping page and even when I click each item there, none of them have the green tag

I thought this promotion meant instant free shipping, but nope lol 😭 I was trying to be slick switching to the Chinese UI to consolidate my shipping, only to end up with a $170 shipping fee.
Managed to get it down to $80 by refunding some bigger, bulkier items. Buuut definitely do your own research before ordering! (don't skip reading like I did)

not on all items. you should be able to filter the search of the items you can use the voucher on.

only in chinese interface its limited to certain items. On the english interface the discount applies to everything i believe

But there are a lot of items not even available to view on English interface. I switched just to see price difference and noticed a lot of items are not even viewable and can't be shipped oversea

I dont understand how it works, im checking out items with the green free ship tag and i click air freight and it still charges me a shipping fee

You get discount of cad$40/189 rmb, if your shipping fee is over that, it's not "free"
