I have been against the LGBTQ+ community for a while. To be honest, I used to be the biggest ally, but I came across a few bad apples. In high-school, my friends were very political. Like, can't have a conversation with them without it becoming about politics. They continued to ask me increasingly pointed questions about the community. And this group agreed that MAPS (minor attracted persons) belonged in the LGBTQ because its a preference. When they asked what I thought, I told them they were insane. Their questions became much more hostile after that, and they started accusing me of being "white trash", a "dirty bigot", "nazi" (which hurts because they know I have German heritage), etc. So I started to distance myself from the entire community. I started listening to people like Andrew Tate (I hate that the most), and it changed how I thought of the LGBTQ and women subsequently. But I've been around much more positive examples of the community. So I would like to ask if its okay for me to consider myself an ally again?
Anyways, thats it. I know I'm rambling, I'm not good with voicing my thoughts. If you have any questions, comment them below.

We're not all like that. Christianity is not an excuse for bigotry. Being a Christian doesn't justify it, neither are all Christians bigots.
If you want proof you can go to one of multiple accepting subrredits. For example r/openchristian or r/leftcatholicism (most of the time, for some reason on this last one there's a some stupid people left)
Just to clarify, as I've made similar posts and some people were confused about this, yes I'm a Christian (Catholic), yes I'm saying being queer is absolutely ok and not a sin.
If you're going to tell me I'm wrong, I've probably heard whatever you have to say before, so please save your karma and everyone's time and just don't say anything.

Come on, "humane killing" really?
That is just laughable. When you start talking about "humane killing" but you apply it to humans or someone you love it suddenly becomes unfathomable and horrible.
Your "local farms" or "hunters" are still contributing to the problem of bringing horrible suffering to animals for your pleasure, maybe to a lesser extent than factory farming, but regardless.
There are unnerving similarities between a slaughterhouse worker and a human killer; emotionlessly holding down and restraining a living organism as it struggles, whimpers and grunts while you kill it.
Some go as far as abusing the animals even outside of killing them.
But the workers are usually forced into it against their own will or for a need to survive and are usually perturbed by nightmares, so I'd say they are not to blame, not as much as the cognitively dissonant people who pay for packaged refrigerated dead animals at well-lit grocery stores and call it "natural" and "participating in the food-chain like wild animals".

He’s still a billionaire that his disproportionality more money than he deserves.
He still spends more than enough money to save the lives of thousands of people on a yacht.
He doesn’t even donate particularly that much compared to some billionaires

People act like these are one in the same when they’re all completely are completely different
RIGHTEST is about the economy. Specifically the belief the government shouldn’t involve itself in the economy.
AUTHORITARIAN is about the governments authority over the people. Specifically the belief that governments should have significant power over their citizens.
CONSERVATIVE is about social views. Specifically the view that traditionalist views should remain intact.
Do they overlap? sure. But they are often confused with especially rightest just being treated as an umbrella for all three
Whether or not homosexuality is valid is a social view. Whether homosexual marriage should be legal is a question of government authority.
Stop treating them as the same! they’re not!
