shameless but italian?

Helloo, I'm a big fan of Shameless (US) because of family drama and all caracteres subplots I found it very entertaining! So I was wondering if there is a similar serie but italian, not a Shameless adaptation but a pretty similar show.

The Lying Life of Adults . Its Naples in the 90s TV Show. Based on book with the same name.

My Brilliant Friend (L'amica geniale) if you're ok with more drama than comedy. a whole Naples neighborhood full of messy families and subplots that keep crossing over the years
