Help WHAT IS SHE DOING THERE???????
My PC is chinese, I couldn't never figure out how to change the language or anything, the thing is that the wallpapers are random, generally of pictures of China with motivational messages. But now THIS APPEARED AND I NEED THE SOURCE!!!!!!!!

Even with this buff, Sanae still puts Reimu to shame in that department tbh.

This a malware, removing these stupid applications that come with virus bundles should be the first thing to do after buying a second hand Chinese PC. And this Reimu is buffed too much. If you also want to cook your PC like the OP then https://desk.duba.com/ and get the same wallpaper engine.

Also you can't change the language unless using Rufus to install a normal windows not the Chinese one. But you can add English. That's easier.
