Seeking Tips Help for hip dysphoria

Hi everyone, I'm pre-everything and have the absolute worst hip and ass dysphoria ever. Does anyone have any advice on how to dress to try to combat it? At the moment, I mostly wear black cargos to try to make my ass look smaller and square out my legs, and a thick hoodie/sweatshirt with a jacket on top to try to bulk out my shoulders so my hips look smaller in comparison, but I was wondering if anyone else had any advice. Absolutely anything would be appreciated, like what colours and styles work best. Any specific types of jackets to make my shoulders look bigger? Types of sweatshirts that don't dip inwards at the waist? Just anything to try to deal with it. Thank you in advance.

What you’re doing will work. Lemme say though after losing weight and doing a bit of a body recomp my hips have been the last part to go.

My go to method is get tall shirts. However, I also have a large chest so that’s another factor for me. I find the curves of my body swallow up less of the shirt if I get tall sized clothes. I’m 5ft and so long as I only get them a little bit bigger it’s fine. Do I want to wear baggy clothes no…

But it manages to give me a more boxy look! Shirt is from Kohl’s but it’s a little thin and can show the top of my binder at times.

Wear your pants under your belly and right above the top of the asscrack. (Sorry I didn’t know how to word it better) men tend to wear their pants way lower than you think. It’s made a huge difference for me just pulling my pants down a little. Building upper body muscle will eventually even things out especially if you’re willing to lean down a bit. (However you don’t need to lose weight I think you just need T when you are able to do so)
