MATH 2243 mid term
I got a 45% on my first MATH 2243 (Linear Algebra and Differential Equations) mid term. Could I still pass the class or will I likely fail it because I heard that there is barely any curve and I’m not really sure if I can pass still. My quiz average was a 40% because I got a 4/10 on my second quiz and a 0/10 on my third quiz. I feel genuinely lost.

I went to office hours every week for that class. Don't give up, you can still save it just try your best!

You can but its gonna be tough. I was in a similar position in calc 3 and it was stressful. With how bad you stated your quiz i would drop unless you are for sure put more effort into this class over the rest. I regret not dropping earlier.

Worst case I go back to doing Comp Sci and pray that AI doesn’t fuck me over

It more like the current workers that fucks you over. Because someone has to develop the AI to fuck you over so blame your future seniors not AI. But thats my opinion

Honestly I feel like Comp Sci is really over saturated right now. I know multiple people who couldn't get a job.

you can definitely pass but you’ll have to put a lot more effort because the first midterm is a lot easier than the upcoming ones

You can still do well but you need to seriously lock in. In my experience, the second and third midterms are significantly harder than midterm one. This just means you need to start going to office hours every week and locking in. Then you’ll be ok
