Staycation on the Strip that’s cheap
Hey guys, I want to a staycation on the strip this weekend. From Friday-Sunday. Is there anything that’s reasonably priced and won’t break my bank lol

Hey! For anyone who’s stayed at Trump International in Vegas, how strict are they about bringing a guest back to your room? Do they ask for ID, check with security, or make a big deal out of it? 😅
Just curious how things work there. Any firsthand experience?

Are the dispensaries on the strip any good? I’ve heard they are a rip off so we end up going to Nu Leaf but it’s a pain to uber all the way over there.

…is what I’m looking for. I have to visit for work next week and since Vegas was never on my list of places I long to visit, I never did much research. I’m into alternative music, sewing, art, stationery, architecture amongst other. Looking for dive bars, vegetarian food and crafty, interesting spots to see. What do you suggest?

The MOB ran Vegas WAY better than private equity has.
The MOB knew how to make you feel “rich” in Vegas no what your budget was.

I’m hoping for an early check in but I doubt I’ll be able to. I assume they will need more time to turn over the rooms as I anticipate it being very busy. That being said, am I better off trying to score an early check in at the desk or just checking in with the self check in. I’ll be at Harrahs. Any advice for the morning of Jan 1 arrival etc? Thanks.

Hello, I want to go see a few movies with some of my friends at this theater, but all the good movies playing are rated R and none of us are 17 yet. I've snuck into a couple rated R movies before (sorry if that's frowned upon) but one of my friends told me that they recently started checking ID's right outside the theater door for R rated movies. If you've been there anytime in the past 2 months or so please let me know if this is true or not. Thank you!

Taking my dad next year for our first no-schedule, no-big-event trip to Vegas, and my big goal this time is to try as many new places to eat as I can. However--he's INCREDIBLY basic with how he eats, and I don't want to take him a bunch of $50+ places for each meal when I know all he wants is a cheeseburger.
Where do you recommend for us to be able to meet in the middle? Or, any two different places you can think of that have slightly-more-adventurous + basic meat-and-potatoes within walking distance of each other where we can still eat together but both get what we want?
Thanks in advance! :)
If you're flying in or out of Vegas tonight — a private jet went off the runway at Harry Reid and the FAA put a ground delay program on the whole airport. Delays are averaging about 70 minutes, a few over 3 hours. It's supposed to clear up around 9 PM Pacific but who knows.

First trip for me and the wife to Vegas coming up. Staying at Caesars for a week. I don't watch or follow racing so didn't realize I booked it basically the week the Grand Prix is happening lol.
Any pro tips for the visit? Roughly the 18th to 25th of Nov timeline 😆

Going to Vegas for work Oct 25-30. Would love to meet some new people. Anybody else traveling alone during that time?

Husband and I are going in November for 4.5 days for his first time there. Staying at the Bellagio and Aria (already paid for, covered with credit card perks)
We LOVE drinking and aren’t picky with our liquor. We LOVE blackjack and love spending hours at the cheapest tables we can find.
Willing to go to fremont and on and off the strip.
Give me all your best tips for free and cheap drinks and cheap blackjack!

I have never been to that resto, but checked their online menu and have my eyes on the Wagyu Rib Cap. I am big fan of Mumufuku inside Cosmo and this place looks similar.

I’ve only ever stayed on the strip, but I’m coming for a solo trip and staying at Circa. I hear they have a good steakhouse. Any decent cigar lounges downtown? Any nearby strip clubs? Good shows to see?

I'm flying in at 8:30am, and my conference doesn't start until 5pm. What are some cheap ways to kill time down at Mandalay Bay? I'm already planning on Pinball Hall of Fame (been twice), but not feeling Shark Reef (been there once). What else is there to do besides gamble? I'm down with walking and using the free tram, so ideas at Luxor, Excalibur, or NY NY are welcome.

Has anyone tried the digital key at Flamingo yet? I have a trip coming up in a few days - looks like it works with my Apple Watch. Do you even need to go to the front desk now? I don't want to stand in line.

Looking to book a quick trip. How much does Gold Coast charge for resort fee or parking fee?
Thanks!
