Redesigns Chinese flag redesign, mostly based on the 5-races flag.
Colors: Teal, representing the Mongols, as an alternative to blue. White, representing the Hui, chinese-speaking Muslims. Orange, representing the Manchus, as an alternative to yellow. Black, representing the Tibetans. The red hexagon represents the Han.
Symbols: The hexagon is six-sided and thus represents luck and the wishes of luck for unity and prosperity. The sun rays are taken from Taiwan, while the star in a circle is taken from the Youth League of china but is meant to represent the current day PRC as a whole. It could also be read as the star representing the PRC and the circle representing the Korean diaspora in China due to the DPRK also having a circle with a star.
The overall flag is meant to represent a United China.
The second image shows an idea of how easy it would be for a child to draw it.

Redesigns Day 109 of making flags for Kentucky: Spencer
Today's flag is for Spencer County which was founded in 1824 and named after Captain Spier Spencer who died at Tippecanoe. The county ran off agriculture and river trade through steamboats. Like many counties the courthouse was burned down during the civil war by Confederate guerillas.
The flag I made has blue for the river, white for the steam from the boats, and a fire for the fires that both burned the courthouse but also that fueled the boats.
Hope y'all enjoy.

Requests Is there an exhaustive list of all flags featured on the Catalan Atlas?
The most I've seen was on wikimedia and there are only a fraction of the unique flags there, and there are even some that go completely unidentified.

MashMonday Lower Canada in the style of Fallout, and minimalist communist canada
Concept flag, in the fallout universe, Canada was annexed by the USA. After the bomb fell, I would imagine the Patriotes symbolic to be used for a New Canada Republic. In opposition to a Monarchist Canada which would use the old Canadian flag, or maybe just a British flag, and a Communist Canada which is more canonical.
Mashup of New California Republic flag with the Patriotes flag.
Minimalist Communist Canada flag is inspired by the Canada ''state'' flag in fallout, where the color scheme is reversed.
The Beaver-Moose-Goose mutans chimera is obviously ai generated.

Identify Help Identifying Flag (Possible Pakistan)
Hey there! I'm looking for help identifying a flag seen in my uber today, hanging from the driver's wing mirror. I could not get a photo so will describe it as best I can.
The flag features the crescent and star as seen on the Pakistani flag in the top right hand corner. On the top left there was a yellow/orange square and underneath these there were green and white stripes. I initially thought it may be some specific region of Pakistan as the crescent and star as well as the shade of green seem to match the flag of Pakistan. Any help identifying this would be appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

Redesigns The Flag of "Yiddia"
If you're wondering what Yiddia is, I have defined it as highly Jewish regions apart from Isræl, including the Jewish Autonomous Oblast. It is inspired by the Duolingo Yiddish flag and Ashkenazi Jew flag from Wikipedia.

OC Pariah Flag
My original flag design for pariahs of any kind.
First, a pariah is defined as "one that is despised or rejected" by Merriam Webster. Also as "an outcast" or "any person or animal that is generally despised or avoided." on Dictionary.com.
Black: Symbolizes total social death due to rejection, and the depth of shame, regret, remorse, depression, grief, loss, humiliation, and embarrassment. Also represents feelings of uncertainty, and fears about the afterlife and what may or may not come after. The darkness is literal - what comes next? Lastly, when you hide your hands with your face, you mostly/only see darkness. Night time and early morning is also dark, and may provide relief as most people are not active during this time, creating a sort of celestial blank slate or judgement-free zone.
White: The colour of the feather of Ma'at, which is used to weigh one's heart against in order to determine if they lived well enough for passage into heavenly paradise. For pariahs and anyone feeling shame, it represents the purity, uprightness, innocence, and goodness that is impossible to attain. White is used the way green is instead - capturing feelings of envy towards good people, creating contrast that's not only visual, but symbolic as well.
Border: Isolation - Becoming a shut-in of any kind, representative of time spent self-isolating. It's safety within the walls. For NEETs, shut-ins, recluses, hikikomori, and anyone in between.
Bindle: A symbol representing having nowhere to call home. Departure, drifting, and leaving due to being kicked/pushed out. Also symbolizes exclusion, vulnerability, living life as somewhat of a nomad, and loneliness. Can also be more literal for homeless, poor, or low-income individuals. Something only the powerless would carry.
Text: "Judged and Soulless" in Latin - Being seen as soulless or inhuman in general by yourself and others. Direct reference to heart weighing and judgement process of the ancient Egyptian goddess Ammit, as well as judgement from others on any scale, as explained here:
"After the declarations are recited, their heart is weighed. If the heart weighed less than the feather of Ma'at, the deceased was ruled to be pure. Thoth recorded the result and Osiris would allow the deceased to continue their voyage toward Aaru and immortality. If the heart was heavier than the feather of Ma'at, the deceased was deemed impure. Ammit would devour their heart, leaving the deceased without a soul. Ancient Egyptians believed the soul would become restless forever, dying a second death. Instead of living in Aaru, the soulless individual would be stuck in Duat."
