I don't understand why Bethesda is the butt of every joke about gaming. The best games and most time I have ever spent on any single player games are from Bethesda. The lore is amazing, the world is so full of stories.
Because their games have historically been buggy messes and both of the two original games they have launched in the last 11 years have been met with massive backlash, with Fallout 76 having gotten slightly better after a ton of updates and Starfield basically being abandonware that even modders don't want to touch.
