Kyshawn literally scored the most total points AND points per 36 minutes of anyone who played more than 4 total minutes. On 84.6 TS%, and over 4 stocks per 36. what more do you fucking want?
you were disparaging his stats, so I explained why you are wrong. Now that you realize they prove exactly the opposite of what you think they're apparently meaningless lol.
Also it's 4 games, but I guess I shouldn't expect you to count properly.
He averaged 2 blocks a game last year and is actually elite on defense already. There’s nothing ky does that clearly separates him from what sarr has already shown
Using just fg% percentage is not a complete measurement of efficiency. You should be using eFG% or TS% to measure efficiency, which Kyshawn was higher than Sarr. Sarr had a 52% eFG% and 53% ts% which is terribly inefficient for a big.
Sure and he did that on teams with no point guard and he improved from year one to year two. What has ky done that makes you think sarr doesn’t even belong in the same conversation?
He’s a big man of course he should have a better FG% than Ky lmfao, doesn’t change the fact that he literally still had a lower TS% bc he doesn’t get to the rim or the FT line and can’t shoot well from 3. Relative to position Sarr is literally 9th percentile in 2P efficiency, Kyshawn isn’t that horrendous and has seemed to made strides in his 2P scoring this season across the past 4 preseason games. Offensively, relative to their positions, they’re not comparable.
See, I want him to succeed because it benefits this team. The only positives right now to his game are that he doesn’t foul and blocks shots; he is a decent passer for his size. He needs to stop being contact-averse and needs to be more physical. He finishes well at the rim but is too soft and shoots too many fades. If that efficiency doesn’t go up and he doesn’t rebound, then we can’t move forward with him.
