As much as someone would like to tell you, keeping Em's new verse on Kid Rock's record isn't just "not giving a fuck" about what the "haters" (his own fanbase who love his art) are saying. If you're on a song with Kid Rock, than you're on a song praising a man who supports genocide. If you're on a song with Kid Rock, then you're on a song with a man who praises someone and a system that you've been actively against your whole career.

Let’s take all the politics and religion out of it. whatever. Let’s go purely off sound.

Don’t care who Em is friends with. They've been tight since the 90s. My problem is the song. "Heal My Faith" sounds like something a youth pastor plays on guitar while everyone's arms are up at the Church venue. Predictable, repetitive chorus, banal lyrics with strange Christian “isms” (run the race (fine) / seek the meek (??) / glorify His glory (??) / eagle eye in the sky (???).

I guess Eminem’s verse is just a rehashing of his story, but he has some weird robotic tone, and plus the rhyming scheme is mostly rhyming me / we / be / he… which just isn’t that interesting.

Anyway, that’s why I’m personally put off the track. I find the Evangelical music formula too predictable and uninteresting to produce anything revolutionary and thought-provoking.

I love Em, he is always in my top 10 rappers oat. I spent alot of time with his work and at one point be was my favorite artist ever. Im really disappointed he would do the collab. Kod rock doesnt just have different political opinions, he actively was on the facist orange pdfile dick and on top of that makes horrible music. I dont think ill be interested in anything Em makes from here on out. I know 99% of em fans are more fans of him then hip hop but this move is very much not hip hop
