All these years the F1 games were just way too arcadey for a lot of us esp wheel users.

I personally would like them to steer towards a more simulator like approach for 2027 see how that wroks,without abandoning controller users.If the game is too hard to work with for controller users Iron out the problems make it a bit more approachable for those guys perhaps

Im not talking full on simulator like Iracing or AC,but follow the path where lets say F1 Challenge and GP4 left off

Very slow getting back on the brake on corner exit, spinning out a lot with trac off, scared I guess to spin. Taking anything to help me get faster .

Hey yall! I’m fairly new to F1 26 and I was wondering if anyone had any tips and tricks to help improve my lap times and mostly battery management? All tips and advice welcome!

Obviously, playing against the AI is very different compared to playing against real people, but I feel that both the AI and the career mode itself are improving in some aspects. With that in mind, I wanted to know, Are you guys better at racing, do you wear out your tires faster, are you good at street racing, or what?

New Icons to start with. I find the icons in 25 kind of lame ngl, like it would be nice to have Vettel and Riccardo, Prost, Rosberg instead of the lame ones DC or Webber. Also for my team would be nice to have the options of being able to control a team on the grid like F1 manager and like in 2020/24? games when you'd just be one driver instead of being able to play as both. Even tho I do prefer F125 option more ngl. Def need more customization in my team/career and it can't be that hard to add in a customize calendar like making Canada the first race or Austria/no sprint option.

So I’ve had F12020 for a couple years, and ive always wanted to start a career on it since. However, my force feedback doesn’t feel like it matches in game wheel and just doesn’t feel right. I use a MOZA R9, does anyone have PitHouse settings that work well with 2020?

I don't get it, I'm new to this....but when I play career and I need to pit or tyres will worn out.... I'm the only car who goes to pit....every other team keeps driving....I know I need to be gentle on tyres to get me farther distance but I mean the whole race mate....only I box....is there anything I'm missing? Is there a setting I need to do or something, any help is much appreciated

Everything seems to work appart from my braking input, which seems to be on 100 or off even with max linearity. Would anyone know how to fix this problem ?

I don't have this problem in other racing games.

Controller: XBOX Elite Wireless Controller Series 2

I've been having a noticeable issue with the Straight Mode/DRS where often times the rear wing simply will not open no matter what I do. I have changed the controls, turned on auto mode for the wing, and even verified game files and reinstalled but nothing works.

For anyone that may be having a similar issue, how did you fix it? Any tips appreciated as I lose a lot of time when in a long straight.

This might sound like a daft question but I can’t remember if the lost parts carry over.

I feel like in my past saves if I didn’t bother saving my parts, when I moved teams the game would still say I lost parts even tho I’ve changed teams.

Am I tripping? I’m going from McLaren to Ferrari and rn McLaren is the fastest car

I want to stop putting on upgrades and just save up R&D points for when I move to Ferrari

Do I still need to save the McLaren R&D parts from the new regs even if I’m not staying?
