That 4th quarter against Ohio State did so much heavy lifting. Really gaslit everyone into thinking this was actually a good football team.

Obviously we’re ass too, I get that. With that being said, outside of that one quarter against Ohio State, the Texas offense has looked incredibly anemic all season long, even against the UTSA’s of the world.

Again, not trying to engage in trash talk or anything since our season is in the gutter and I have no room to talk myself, but I really don’t understand the constant “Sark offensive genius” talk by the media when time and time again it seems like the defense is what’s carrying his team, even back in the Quinn Ewers days.

Sark is a great recruiter and a good developer of offensive talent outside of QB. He's a bad playcaller and a bad QB coach. He's been like that since Washington.

Kind of disagree there. His offense is more of a momentum thing and in that regard is kind of similar to Gus Malzahn even though they are very different offensive styles.

Arch is a really bad QB though for him due to the inconsistency. He really needs a QB who is more consistent that can allow more plays to occur to then build.

Also I am not sure that WR room is as good as we think it is. Wingo and Coleman have been inconsistent receivers in their career which further compounds things with an inconsistent QB.

Wingo has actually grown into a very solid player. Plus blocker, hands have gotten better, etc.

I think he could be a value in the mid rounds of the NFL draft. He is some more refined route running away from being a serious problem.

He was an amazing OC at Bama, so I think he's a good play-caller. He's just not a good HC.

Also, how much of this is on him, and how much is on Arch?

Being a playcaller as a HC vs as an OC is a huge difference. Also Arch hasn't meaningfully improved and it's his 4th year under Sark. It's on both of them.
