Both have creatine. One is much cheaper. But is the higher price one worth it more? Is there anything I could be missing? What is better for the body/gym?

Facial Bloating

I’ve been on creatine for a bit less than a month and I’m taking monohydrate. I’ve noticed significant facial bloating specifically in my chin. Usually my face is prety lean but I wanted to know if anyone else is dealing with a similar thing and if this is because of creatine. My diet has not changed and I’m very consistent at the gym. It’s just discouraging to see and I’m forcing myself to stay on it everyday.

New study. Spread the word on optimal administration, reassure that it’s normal to be nervous when calling your wife’s boyfriend to get started, but it’s worth it in the end

Morning Drink Mix

Quick question for the fitness community 👋

I'm researching an idea for a morning nutrition drink designed for people who train regularly, particularly runners, HYROX athletes and gym-goers.

The concept is a refreshing, fruit-flavoured drink combining protein, creatine and electrolytes in one product, rather than having to prepare multiple supplements.

I'm not selling anything — I'm trying to understand whether this would genuinely solve a problem for people who train.

I'd love your honest feedback:

  1. What do you currently drink or take in the morning before training?
  2. What's the biggest frustration with your current supplement routine?
  3. Would combining protein, creatine and electrolytes into one refreshing drink appeal to you? Why or why not?
  4. Would you prefer a ready-to-drink bottle or a powder?
  5. What would you realistically pay for one serving?

Honest feedback, including reasons you wouldn't buy it, would be incredibly helpful. Thanks!
