Anyone outlook not working?

I know it was down this past weekend but it’s say “user account does not exist in tenant Georgia State University

mine works on my laptop but it doesnt work on my phone 💔 and even then sometimes my laptop doesnt update my emails

What I was able to do yesterday was sign on my laptop then it automatically signed me on my phone

What worked for me was clicking on “not Microsoft 365” on the top right corner of the screen after inputting my credentials, then picking Microsoft again and logging in.

This took wayyyy too long but here is what I did to get it working on phone for Outlook
Note: Reinstall the app first.

1. Add account
2. Click the option “Skip”
3. Enter school email (click next then go back)
4. It’ll prompt “Add email manually” or something like that
5. Click Microsoft 365.
6. Enter your usual email/password

I tried this three times, but then it just automatically goes to my authenticator app and says “account duplication,” it’s working perfectly on my mac though 😭

(this is if you were still having the same issue as me) it works, just offload microsoft authenticator app through settings if you have it on your phone for a few minutes, and set it up manually like Pure_Judgment said and it should work!

Omg this helped me! Once it opens the gsu campus sign in page make sure you go back and this is when the “add manually” option will show

UPDATE, I got a hold of IT they said use your web browser if it works on there for your laptop. They said they don't know when it will be fixed.

That’s unfortunate cause I can’t get on one drive through my laptop. And all my notes for this semester was on OneNote now it’s all gone 🌝

What I did was I signed on through outlook.com.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Outlook app. On a computer. It worked for me on Windows. I think it should be able to work on macOS.
