ONE Championship Ruleset
There's a little controversy with Haggerty's win and debate about what clinching is under the kickboxing ruleset. Problem is, I don't think the rules are actually published anywhere for us to read them.
Does anyone have a link or know where they are? I see some basic format/guidelines on their website, but no full definitions of fouls or anything truly informative. Anyways, was just wondering if it's possible to see them. Thanks!

Leg extension
Hello! I’m having a lot of trouble with my roundhouse. I have trouble extending my leg when I get to my target- my coach says the first half of my kick looks great but I just have such a hard time making my leg extend when I’m making contact. Does anyone have any advice on how to train this other than simply kicking the bag with extreme focus on my form?
What’s driving me crazy is I completely understand and can totally notice I’m not doing it correctly but for some reason can’t seem to correct it.
I have been training for around 6 months- I’m pretty athletic, I wrestled and played football in high school (albeit 7 years ago) and found success with both, but I’m definitely not a Muay Thai natural by any means. I’m happy to work really hard and am always looking to improve so this is really driving me nuts! Thanks for reading.

Tips??? (Preferably from someone who has been in it longer than I)

I’m 29. I’ve been training when I can for about 4 years off & on. I have never competed but have sparred endless hours in a prominent gym. My Kru passed away in August & he was the real deal so i’m reluctant to find another gym for now. I’ve been working a lot so I havent been training very consistently. My gas tank is awful right now lol so i’m taking it a bit slow in this video. Any tips you guys can give me on how to improve my form until I feel comfortable moving on & joining a new gym? Anything helps🙏

Twins BGVL3
Hey guys,
I just got me a fresh pair of Twins BGVL3
Quality is the best I’ve seen so far.
While I like the ergonomics the glove is very tight and super stiff.
Will these break in? And how long does it take? I want a soft glove where I can open my palm and catch shots with ease.
Thanks 4 your time guys.

How many of you who have been training 5+years hard spar?
I know one persons hard spar is not necessarily directly comparable to another persons, but do you do what you would consider to be hard sparring? How often do you get a headache from sparring? Or have your neck hurt? How often do you have visible bruising on your face? Or bleeding?

Technique/Tips I admit it - I am a poser/not serious... training in Thailand?
Whatsup everyone. So as the title suggests I am honest with myself - I am not a serious fighter , I don't want to spar hard or fight.
I am kind of old at this point ( I fought MMA a few times like pre 2013 lol). But I was mostly a grappler with okay boxing.
I still think it would be cool to learn solid muay thai. I'd like to get good technique. I am not looking to run tons of miles or fight, but would like to really dive into getting the details down and just learning the art.
Would I simply be wasting my/ the coaches time training in Thailand? I was thinking something like private lessons could be cool. Any recommendations?

Returning to train tips
Hello, I'm going to return to training at the end of this month. It's been a long time since I stopped, and it's been quite a while since I've had any physical activity. How do you suggest I prepare to reach my first session and be able to get through it successfully? I'm open to any suggestions you might have—workouts, videos, exercise programs, supplements (I plan to start taking creatine, as it has worked very well for me before), and anything else you can think of. Best regards and thanks.

Technique/Tips How do you condition your body and mind to absorb brutal leg kicks?
I know the obvious answer: keep training, keep checking kicks, and get used to taking them.
But is there more to it? Specific strength and conditioning exercises, techniques to reduce damage, or mental strategies to handle the pain?
Would love to hear from experienced Muay Thai and MMA fighters and coaches.

Best place in Thailand for competing ??
I know Chiang Mai is good to get a high number of fights but a lot of those fights are fixed. Is their a place other than Chiang Mai where it would it be easy to get fights. I wouldn’t won’t to have to wait forever for a fight but also would like a fair fight not fight some super experienced Thai when I have less than ten amateur fights.

Punching bag reccomendation?
I used to train with the punching bags at my university gym, but I’ve since moved away from campus. I’ve recently moved into my own apartment, and since I’m renting, I’d rather avoid installing a hanging heavy bag.
I do a bunch of martials arts, muay thai, boxing, karate, tkd, capoeira.
I've tried free standing bags at uni but they tip over quite a lot. I'm not sure if its cuz my uni doesn't fill up the free standing bag base properly. So something with a heavy base would be nice.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a good, heavy freestanding punching bag that can take some hard punches and kicks? I’ve got a pretty large balcony, so space shouldn’t be an issue.
Any recommendations or personal experiences would be appreciated!
