I will explain to you - although I do want Palestinians to have their freedom & self determination, this should not come at the cost of the Jewish state and its people. Most people who just say the two words “Free Palestine” can’t comprehend holding two truths at the same time and want to dissolve Israel as the Jewish state for the Palestinians.

Not wanting a Jewish state = Jewish hate as you don’t believe they have a right to a country where they should feel safe after all the prosecutions. Also it happens to be their ancestral land.

You can call for a free Palestine and self determination of Palestinians while also calling for the safety and self determination of Israel and its Jews, which he hasn’t done.
